CHARLIE BRONSON: Paula Williamson revealed her lag beau could be out in four years

Bronson – real name Charles Salvador – could be out of HMP Wakefield as soon as 2021 after a role hearing went “really well”.

His fiancee Paula Williamson, who has appeared in Coronation Street, Hollyoaks and Emmerdale, made the revelation while appearing on LBC today.

She said the lag, 64, wants to have children, and she is “willing to wait” to make their relationship physical.

The 37-year-old revealed she is not allowed to have conjugal meets with Bronson.

He has been in and out of prison since 1974 for a host of crimes including armed robbery, criminal damage and threats to kill.

She said: “He is going to sing another song, but I don’t know what it will be as it’s a surprise.”

The rings they will exchange will have CPS engraved on them – standing for Charles and Paula Salvador, but sharing an acronym with the Crown Prosecution Service.

Miss Williamson said: “He has been a loose cannon in the past, however, in the past three years since he changed his name to Charles Salvador he has not committed a violent offence whatsoever.”

She added: “He’s done some things he’s not proud of but he can only blame himself, he blames no-one else.”

Bronson was given a life sentence after taking prison art teacher Phil Danielson hostage at HMP Hull after he criticised one of his drawings in 1999.

The parole board is set to make a decision on Salvador’s future within the next two weeks.
